Each design is manually digitized — not auto-converted — to ensure proper stitch direction, density, and detail based on your specific artwork.

• Design complexity
• Stitch count
• Size of the design
• Detail level and small text

Additional charges may apply for complex designs, large stitch counts, or poor-quality artwork.

What We Need From You

Please include:
📌 A clear image of your design (PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, or AI preferred)
📌 Finished stitch size (width × height)
📌 Machine/file format needed (DST, PES, EXP, JEF, etc.)
📌 Any special notes (small text, appliqué, left chest, hat, etc.)

⚠️ Orders will not be processed until all required information is received by email.

Important Notes

• Pricing is per design, not per stitch out
• Minor revisions included (layout or density adjustments only)
• Design files are created for embroidery use only
• We are not responsible for stitch results affected by machine settings, thread, stabilizer, fabric, or hooping

No refunds, returns, or cancellations once digitizing has begun.
