READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING ANY ITEM
Designs By Savanna 2022 ACCEPTS CUSTOMER-PROVIDED ITEMS FOR EMBROIDERY STRICTLY AT THE CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RISK.
Embroidery is an irreversible mechanical and chemical process involving needles, thread tension, stabilizers, machinery, heat, and repeated fabric penetration. DAMAGE IS ALWAYS POSSIBLE AND MAY OCCUR WITHOUT WARNING, even when industry-standard techniques are used.
NO REPLACEMENT. NO REFUND. NO COMPENSATION.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES shall Designs By Savanna 2022 be liable for any damage, defect, loss, destruction, or diminished value of customer-provided items, including but not limited to:
- Holes, tears, fabric failure, or structural damage
- Puckering, distortion, shrinkage, or warping
- Dye migration, color bleeding, scorching, or discoloration
- Thread breaks, needle marks, or stabilizer damage
- Complete garment failure or total loss
IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED, RUINED, OR DESTROYED FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, IT WILL NOT BE REPLACED, REPAIRED, REFUNDED, OR REIMBURSED — IN WHOLE OR IN PART.
This applies regardless of:
- The item’s cost, rarity, or replacement value
- Whether the item is new, unworn, vintage, sentimental, or irreplaceable
- The cause of damage, including machine malfunction, material defects, or human error
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & WAIVER OF CLAIMS
By submitting an item and/or placing an order, the customer VOLUNTARILY AND KNOWINGLY ASSUMES ALL RISKS associated with embroidery and customization.
The customer IRREVOCABLY WAIVES, RELEASES, AND DISCHARGES Designs By Savanna 2022, its owners, employees, and affiliates from ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, including but not limited to claims for negligence, property damage, loss of value, emotional distress, or consequential damages.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Designs By Savanna 2022 makes NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, regarding suitability, outcome, or durability of embroidery on customer-supplied items. ALL WORK IS PERFORMED “AS IS.”
REFUSAL RECOMMENDATION
Customers are STRONGLY ADVISED NOT TO SUBMIT any item they are unwilling to lose. Submission of an item constitutes full acceptance of this policy without exception.
