Wholesale Product & Defect Policy

All wholesale items should be fully inspected before embroidery, monogramming, HTV, DTF, screen printing, sublimation, or any other form of personalization or alteration. Please check zippers, snaps, buttons, seams, hardware, sizing, and the overall condition of each item before beginning any work.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact Designs By Savanna within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos and/or video showing the issue.

If an item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect and is reported within the 7-day window, Designs By Savanna will replace the defective blank item or provide an appropriate refund/credit for the original wholesale cost of that item.

After 7 days from the date of delivery, the item is no longer eligible for a replacement, refund, or store credit for defects. Customers are responsible for inspecting all merchandise within this 7-day period.

Personalized Item Courtesy Replacement

We understand that occasionally a defect may not be noticed until after an item has already been personalized. As a courtesy, each wholesale customer is allowed one (1) replacement item per calendar year for a confirmed manufacturing defect discovered after embroidery, personalization, decoration, or alteration has already been completed.

This courtesy replacement must still be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items reported after the 7-day inspection period are not eligible for this courtesy replacement.

This courtesy replacement is limited to one blank replacement item per customer, per calendar year, regardless of the number of personalized items affected.

After the one courtesy replacement has been used for that calendar year, any additional items that have already been personalized or altered will not be eligible for replacement, refund, or credit.

Designs By Savanna does not reimburse the cost or value of embroidery, personalization, materials, labor, lost sales, or the retail value of a finished product. The courtesy replacement covers the wholesale blank item only.

Photos and/or video showing the defect may be required before a replacement is approved.

Because many of our products are manufactured in batches, slight variations in color, texture, stitching, measurements, or placement may occur and are not considered defects unless they affect the normal function or usability of the product.

Please inspect all wholesale merchandise carefully within 7 days of delivery and before personalization. By purchasing wholesale products from Designs By Savanna, the purchaser agrees to this Wholesale Product & Defect Policy.
