Commercial License Add-On for Custom Designs

Commercial Use License – Designs By Savanna LLC

This listing grants a limited, non-transferable commercial license for ONE (1) specific design created by Designs By Savanna LLC (“Licensor”) to the purchaser (“Licensee”).

A separate license must be purchased for each individual design.
No rights are granted beyond those explicitly stated below.

📊 License Tiers (Choose One Per Design)

🔹 Small Shop License – $35

• Up to 50 finished items
• ✔ Use on apparel & small handmade items only
  (t-shirts, sweatshirts, children’s clothing, etc.)
• ✔ For small shops and limited runs
• ❌ No use on non-apparel items
• ❌ No manufacturing or bulk production

🔹 Standard License – $85

• Up to 250 finished items
• ✔ Use on apparel & small handmade items only
• ✔ Ideal for growing boutiques
• ❌ No use on non-apparel items
• ❌ No manufacturing or bulk production

🔹 Extended License – $175

• Up to 1,000 finished items
• ✔ Use on apparel & small handmade items only
• ✔ Higher volume production (still handmade/small batch)
• ❌ No use on non-apparel items
• ❌ No factory or outsourced manufacturing

🔹 Branding License – $275

• Up to 1,000 finished items
• ✔ Use on apparel + business branding materials
  (packaging, tags, stickers, website, social media, etc.)
• ✔ May be used as part of your business branding or identity

Restrictions:

• ❌ No trademark registration or legal ownership rights
• ❌ No exclusive rights (design may still be sold by Designs By Savanna LLC)
• ❌ No sharing or transferring the design file
• ❌ No use by third-party manufacturers or production partners

🔹 Exclusive Rights – Starting at $475

• ✔ Unlimited item production
• ✔ Full commercial use on ANY product type
  (apparel, accessories, packaging, branding, etc.)
• ✔ Exclusive ownership rights to use the design commercially
• ✔ Design is retired from Designs By Savanna LLC
• ✔ No other customers will be allowed to purchase or use the design
• Exception: If Exclusive Rights are purchased, Designs By Savanna LLC will no longer sell or distribute the original design.

🚫 Strictly Prohibited (All License Types)

• Reselling, sharing, or distributing the digital design file
• Claiming the design as your own
• Altering or recreating the design for digital resale
• Sending or providing the design file to any third party for the purpose of editing, altering, modifying, or recreating the design, including:
  • digitizers
  • manufacturers
  • print shops
  • graphic designers
• Mass production or factory use without written permission
• Using the design outside the scope of your purchased license tier

⚖️ Ownership & Rights

• All designs remain the intellectual property of Designs By Savanna LLC
• This license does not transfer copyright ownership
• Designs By Savanna LLC retains the right to:
  • Reuse the design
  • Modify or adapt the design
  • Recreate the design in other formats, styles, or variations
  • Use the design for future products, listings, or collections
• License is non-transferable and non-sublicensable
• License applies to ONE design only

  
  

  ® Trademark & Intellectual Property Restrictions

  • Purchase of this license does not grant any trademark rights
  • Licensee may not trademark, register, or claim ownership of the design in any form
  • Licensee may not trademark or register the design.
    Use as branding is only permitted under the Branding License or Exclusive Rights.
  • Designs By Savanna LLC reserves all rights to register, use, or protect the design as a trademark
  • Any attempt to trademark or claim exclusive rights to the design without purchasing Exclusive Rights will be considered a violation of this agreement and may result in legal action.

Any use outside of these terms will be considered unauthorized use.

Designs By Savanna LLC reserves the right to:

• Terminate the license immediately without refund
• Pursue financial damages
• Take legal action if necessary
